SHIPPING RATES
Each shipment will be sent via USPS, and will be calculated based on the weight of the order. You will be able to see the shipping charge BEFORE you checkout in the shopping cart totals page.
SHIPPING TIMES
Our normal shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, (and Wednesday EXCEPT for Western States and some outlying areas). Orders received Wednesday - Sunday 10am will be shipped Monday. Orders received on Monday by 10am will be shipped Tuesday. Orders received by 10am Tuesday from select areas will ship Wednesday.
Depending on your region, delivery will be 1 - 3 days from the ship date. (From experience, as a rule of thumb BUT NOT ALWAYS: Greater Chicago area 1 day, West Coast/Southwest 3 days, some rural/outlying areas 3 days, most everyplace else 2 days)
RETURNS
We expect everyone to be happy with our products! If you are not satisfied with your order we want to know! Please email us at info@therugelachman.com and explain your problem with the order. Depending on the circumstance we will ship you a new order, refund you your money, or issue you a credit equal to the purchase amount.
