Q: How long are rugelach good for?
A: They are good for at least 7 days from arrival. If you want to keep them around longer, freeze them!

Q: How many pieces of rugelach are in a box?
A: There are 18 pieces per box.  Net weight is 1.4 pounds.   

Q: Are your rugelach Kosher?
A: We are NOT certified Kosher, though all our ingredients (dairy) are Kosher-style.

Q: What about allergies?
A: If you are allergic to nuts, dairy, gluten, stay away! All of our products have these ingredients in them.

Q: Do you have any other shipping methods besides 2 Day service?
A: We ship orders via 2-3 Day Priority the day they are baked so you get your rugelach as fresh as possible. 1 day service is cost prohibitive but we will accomodate any customers who need that service. Since there are no weekend deliveries, we will not ship orders on Thursdays or Fridays to ensure your order arrives 2 days from our ovens!

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Our normal shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, (and Wednesday EXCEPT for Western States and some outlying areas).  Orders received Wednesday - Sunday 10am will be shipped Monday. Orders received on Monday by 10am will be shipped Tuesday. Orders received by 10am Tuesday from select areas will ship Wednesday.
